Never Let Me Go

Never Let Me Go
Kazuo Ishiguro
5 out of 5 stars

Fantastic and disturbing in a very Aldous Huxley kind of way. A real
page turner – but not because it’s packed with action. Beautiful prose
– a joy to read.

But – don’t take my word for it:

What struck me most though was the accounts of childhood –
the emotions and lack of clear comprehension are so well conveyed. This
turns out to be essential at the end of the book when you find out
about what makes Hailsham special.
