Food Log

  • Hot water with lemon
  • Seeds (tub of)
  • 6 oat cakes
  • 150cl water
  • 2x peppermint tea
  • 1x papaya with lime
  • 2x vitamin tablets
  • 3x evening primrose oil

(No idea what I’m having for tea yet. Whatever it is, it’ll
have to be something that keeps – Himself is at college til 9:30
tonight.)

Edit: Turned out to be:

2x glasses wine
Satay noodle soup with carrot, sweetcorn and cabbage
4x cubes amaretti turkish delight
1x pitta
