London to Mongolia in 15–year old Fiat Pandas

Writing about web page

Europe and Asia in fifteen-year-old Fiat Pandas that are worth less
than the tyres which are on them. The journey is nearly 10,000 miles
long and crosses 13 countries, 5 mountain ranges, 2 deserts and
seemingly through 2 political coups. They set off on July 30th 2005.

With no moral or mechanical support.

To raise thousands of pounds for Send a Cow and Save the Children. They even give away the cars once they arrive in Ulan Bataar!

Good luck to Pete’s friend Rich in the White Team.

    I’m Ben, Rich’s co-driver. We’re currently sitting 200 yards from red
square. the cars done around two thousand miles at speed on some pretty
awful roads. It’s going quite well so far.

  3. Casey Leaver says:

Go Rich and Ben! …and thanks for stopping by to let us know how you’re getting on. Good luck with the rest of the trip.
